Tonya Garrett is back in action on Main Street in Daphne. Tonya first appeared on Main Street when she owned and operated the Cafe on Main for five years. After she sold the business, she took some time to raise her two daughters. As Daphne residents, Tonya and her husband David often enjoyed socializing with friends at local wine bar that is no longer. When the perfect venue came available the couple decided to take the plunge and delve back into the business owner arena with a wine bar of their own. It took three months to transform what were classrooms for a satellite location of Huntingdon College into a cozy and comfortable setting that is now home to Le Bouchon Wine & Tapas Bar.

David built the bar that is positioned in the center between two comfort areas located in the front and rear of the space. There are nine high top tables across from the bar seating that provide ample seating within the business. There are four large screen TVs and also phone charging stations and purse hooks underneath the bar seating.

The menu at Le Bouchon includes a great selection of wines and craft beers. The wines they offer are available by the glass or by the bottle with no corkage fee.  A variety of made from scratch dips and nibbles including a fromage plate, a flat bread, brushetta, spinach, shrimp or smoked tuna dip.

Le Bouchon also retails their wines and offers customized gift basket arrangements. The business opened its doors on May 18th and have already been the host of a multitude of special events, private parties and even a wedding! They have Happy Hour specials daily from 4pm until 6pm and they are open Monday through Saturday from 4pm until 10pm.
